Mō te tūnga | About the role

This is a rewarding role, joining EECA’s Warmer Kiwi Homes team, which delivers a government programme providing insulation and heating grants to lower income homeowners.

In this role you will:

  • Provide day-to-day relationship management of EECA’s external auditors, to ensure quality audits of installations are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement quality assurance process improvements
  • Monitor Service Provider audit responses, to ensure timely resolution of corrective actions
  • Identify and investigate quality compliance issues, recommend and provide information for follow-up actions
  • Provide reporting on compliance monitoring and investigations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A working knowledge of quality assurance processes
  • Solid understanding of residential construction methods and terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

 

In addition, this role may suit someone who has worked in the insulation industry.
