Fossil fuel use in industrial businesses results in over quarter of the country’s overall energy emissions per year.
We work with New Zealand’s largest energy users across the industrial and commercial sectors, to help you reduce your business emissions and unlock the benefits of clean energy and clever technologies.
How we can help your organisation
We support businesses to bring forward valuable energy efficiency and fuel switching projects, reducing your carbon footprint and energy needs. We also help to unlock clean energy supply chains.
For the largest energy transition projects a bespoke partnership approach may be required.
Regional Energy Transition Accelerator (RETA)
The aim of our RETA programme is to develop and share a well-informed and coordinated approach for regional decarbonisation.
RETA's focus is on understanding localised opportunities and barriers faced by industry when seeking to reduce emissions from process heat – the energy used for heat generation in manufacturing, and processing primary products.
