He angitūtanga | The opportunity

EECA has established an exciting Digital Transformation work programme to lift both the ICT and data maturity of the organisation. As part of this journey, we’re implementing a range of enhancements, including a new CRM and contract management system that will sit at the heart of our operations.

Due to recent turnover, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with ICT experience, to be responsible for managing ICT projects with an initial focus on the end-to-end implementation of our new CRM and contracts management system. Working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, you will ensure the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational goals. You will bring structure, clarity, and energy to this high-impact project.

 

He kōrero mōu | Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Experience delivering projects, including managing ICT projects with a high level of business engagement

  • Robust working knowledge of different project management methodologies(e.g. agile, waterfall or hybrid), and the ability to right size the approach for the project/organisation
  • The demonstrated ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, reports and risk registers

  • Ability to work as a collaborative team member across the organisation
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables

  • Change management experience to support users and drive adoption
