How to get your products on the list
EECA is developing a list of residential solar products, including batteries, inverters and panels, that are approved by EECA based on their efficiency and flexible electricity use.
If your solar products meet EECA’s technical specifications, you can follow the process below to register as a supplier and submit your products to the approved list.
Who should apply
You can register as a supplier of solar products if you:
- manufacture or import solar products which you supply to one or more installer, or
- install solar products, which you manufacture or import directly, and
- your products meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the form, and
- you are a registered New Zealand business or have a registered New Zealand based distributor.
Suppliers must apply to be registered before they can submit their products to be included on EECA’s approved solar product list.
