Mō te tūnga | About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Information and Communication Technology, the Technical Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and secure operation of EECA’s IT infrastructure and networks.

In this role you will:

  • Design, implement, maintain and support EECA’s IT Infrastructure, ensuring best-fit solutions for current and future requirements;
  • Work closely with the wider ICT team, providing technical leadership and break/fix support;
  • Develop and apply architectural design standards;
  • Implement best-practices; ensuring compliance with industry standards;
  • Manage relationships with IT partners;

He kōrero mōu | Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Five or more years’ experience in IT operations / infrastructure capability with broad knowledge of IT systems, networking, platforms, and architectures;
  • Experience managing and administering M365 and O365 technologies;
  • Project Management, Customer Service & Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Friendly ‘can-do’ attitude with a team player mentality and collaborative working style.
