He angitūtanga | The opportunity

Within EECA’s Corporate Services Group, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team is responsible for delivering, managing and securing the technology products and services that support the organisation’s business processes and workflows.

Due to recent turnover, we are looking for a Salesforce Product Support Specialist responsible for the day-day management, support, and enhancement of EECA’s salesforce ecosystem.

This isn’t just about tickets and maintenance; it’s about proactive enhancements, building smarter processes, and empowering our stakeholders with the tools they need to succeed.

 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Administer, configure, maintain and support EECA’s Salesforce ecosystem
  • Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with stakeholders and users
  • Collaborate with business system owners to define and implement their product roadmaps
  • Manage and co-ordinate the deployment of system changes
  • Train and support product champions / subject matter experts within business units

 

He kōrero mōu | Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce products (Public Sector Solutions, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and CRM Analytics)

  • Experience building and maintaining Salesforce workflows and automation using Process Builder, Flow or Apex

  • Proficiency managing multiple product backlogs and navigating through competing priorities

  • Experience in performing data imports, updates and changes within Salesforce

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive can-do, collaborative attitude
