He angitūtanga | The opportunity
EECA’s Standards and Technical team is responsible for developing technical information, standards and specifications which influence behavioural and technological change throughout New Zealand.
We are looking for a Technical Advisor to help us with the rollout of an approved products list for solar products and systems. The role contributes to the end-to-end coordination of technical product and application data. This includes collection, verification, analysis and publication.
This would suit someone with a tertiary qualification in a technical field with some technical analysis experience and/or someone who has solar industry knowledge and experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- The ability to interpret technical specifications
- Experience in data gathering, verification & analysis, and report writing
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
