The EECA (Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority) procurement team coordinates and oversees the sourcing, selection and contracting of goods and services for our organisation.

EECA’s procurement process

We prefer to use existing supply arrangements (such as established contracts and panels) before we approach the market with new tender opportunities.

All new opportunities to supply goods or services over $100,000 will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS), a free service provided by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).

If you are interested in doing business with us, you can register by visiting the GETS website.

Our procurement framework

All EECA's procurement activities are made within the framework of the Government Procurement Rules and Principles, and the EECA Procurement Policy.

  • All queries about current tender opportunities must be sent according to the details in the particular tender.
