The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a Crown Entity whose purpose is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use. Our strategic focus areas are based on influencing the energy decisions in the transport, business, and residential sectors.

It's an exciting time to join EECA, as the Government has committed to funding a number of Emissions Reduction Plan initiatives – some of which we will be responsible for delivering. The Equipment Replacement Scheme (ERS) is one such programme, targeted at decarbonising small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in particular. Through the ERS, we will support businesses through co-funding to replace equipment and systems with energy efficient and low-emission alternatives.

We’re looking for someone to join us as a Products Lead, and get involved in the stand-up and delivery of the ERS programme. This role will be key in designing multiple co-funding product offerings that are adopted at scale by SMEs to achieve emission and energy efficiency targets.
