Mō te tūnga | About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead these portfolios:
- Research Evaluation and Insights
- Marketing and Digital
- Communications and Content
- Data and Analytics
You will be part of a tight knit Leadership Team, and in this role you will:
- Work collaboratively with other Leadership Team members to achieve EECA’s strategy, and role model EECA’s four key behaviours.
- Lead the group to provide the communication of robust evidence and insights to the market and NZ as a whole and build capability and performance in data & analytics.
- Lead the group to develop engaging communication and marketing campaigns that promote energy efficiency, empower energy users and accelerate the use of renewable of energy.
- Ensure that EECA’s position as a trusted authority on issues relating to energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy
He kōrero mōu | Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive senior leadership experience
- Experience in communicating complex information to different audiences
- Experience with data science
- Ability to engage with technical analysis
- Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to connect the Group across and beyond EECA
- Understanding of the energy sector
