Mō te tūnga | About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead these portfolios:

  • Research Evaluation and Insights
  • Marketing and Digital
  • Communications and Content
  • Data and Analytics 

 

You will be part of a tight knit Leadership Team, and in this role you will:

  • Work collaboratively with other Leadership Team members to achieve EECA’s strategy, and role model EECA’s four key behaviours.
  • Lead the group to provide the communication of robust evidence and insights to the market and NZ as a whole and build capability and performance in data & analytics. 
  • Lead the group to develop engaging communication and marketing campaigns that promote energy efficiency, empower energy users and accelerate the use of renewable of energy.
  • Ensure that EECA’s position as a trusted authority on issues relating to energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy

He kōrero mōu | Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience
  • Experience in communicating complex information to different audiences
  • Experience with data science
  • Ability to engage with technical analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to connect the Group across and beyond EECA
  • Understanding of the energy sector
