The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a government agency whose purpose is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.
This role will join EECA’s Communications and Engagement team to work on campaigns to improve energy use in the transport, business and residential sectors.
The team of communications, marketing and digital professionals is strongly engaged across EECA, bringing market and customer insights to bear on programme design and strategic direction.
You will work with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure our messages get broad uptake and reach our target audiences.
You will have an ability to clearly communicate through a range of channels, engaging our audiences with a variety of media, from tweets to videos to case studies. You will be able to work at a strategic as well as a tactical level, and be equipped to deal with media queries and provide advice on communications risks. You will be a team player, with a track record of delivering results.
