Group Manager Strategy and Engagement
EECA is a government agency whose purpose is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use. Our strategic focus areas are based on influencing the energy decisions in the transport, business and residential sectors.
We are seeking a dynamic and effective senior leader. Reporting to the Chief Executive, your portfolio will oversee a range of functions including Strategy and Programme Development, Government Engagement, and Standards and Regulations. You will be part of a tight knit Leadership Group.
Your ability to periodically determine EECA’s most impactful strategy to achieve its purpose will be crucial, and once decided, to then develop highly effective programmes for agreed market interventions. You will also require exceptional influencing and collaboration skills and have a proven track record in leading high performing teams.
