HERS Assessor
A Home Energy Rating is an assessment of the energy efficiency performance of a home. It includes the building itself, and the two biggest energy users in a home - the room heating and the water heating systems.
A qualified assessor evaluates the home, then generates a report containing star ratings showing the energy performance of the home. The assesor also gives professional recommendations on the best actions to take to improve the home's rating.
