The Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart Quality and Audit manual documents below are version 3.3 of the manual and supporting guidelines.

Version 3.3 of the Quality and Audit manual is effective for all assessments and installations from 4 February 2013. It updates all previous versions.

The documents, intended for use by Service Providers and Auditors of Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart, have been developed through a series of internal reviews and build upon previous feedback and changes made to the audit process in 2010 and 2011.
