EECA in conjunction with the Ministry of Economic Development (MED) have developed a database of heat plants in New Zealand sized greater than one hundred kilowatts thermal and categorised by industrial sector as at August 2011.

The report below updates the 2008 Heat Plant Survey.

The database of heat plants is also attached.

This report describes what was funded and what was delivered through EECA's electricity efficiency programme in 2011/12.

This programme was funded through the electricity levy, and includes initiatives in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
