Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart is a Government programme administered by the EECA that provides funding towards the cost of insulation.

EECA is looking for organisations to become funding partners for Warm Up New Zealand: Heat Smart special projects. A partnership with an organisation like EECA says a great deal about how you operate. Special projects make insulating more affordable for groups, communities, or regions that have some specific need, for example a health issue, a low decile community that otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it, or a remote regional location.
